July 13, 2021 – Music Biz Member Warner Chappell Music Promotes Jenni Pfaff to SVP, Head of Global Strategic Integration & Operations
Warner Chappell Music (WCM) has announced that it has named Jenni Pfaff as the company’s SVP, Head of Global Strategic Integration & Operations. Pfaff joined WCM as VP of People in 2019, after founding Pfaff HR and serving nearly two decades in senior HR roles with PwC, Activision Blizzard and Northrop Grumman. June 30, 2021 – Music Biz Member Feed Media Group Signs A Train Publishing Onto Adaptr Licensing Platform
Feed Media Group has brought A Train Entertainment onto its Adaptr music licensing program, giving developers and entrepreneurs whose tech products involve music access to high-quality, fully licensed tracks from the publisher’s artists. This partnership opens up a new revenue stream for A Train’s artists, who will now receive royalty payments when their songs are used on Adaptr-based apps. June 29, 2021 – Music Biz Member The Orchard Announces Global Distribution Deal, Formation of SONAR Label With Rimas Entertainment
The Orchard has announced a new global distribution deal with Rimas Entertainment, giving Rimas’ artist roster access to The Orchard’s artist & label services and looping artists’ YouTube channels into The Orchard’s Multi-Channel Network.
