Lossless and Hi-Res audio streaming & download service Qobuz gives audiophile consumers unprecedented access to music in the high-quality formats they love. Join us as Qobuz USA Managing Director Dan Mackta looks at why certain music fans are left unsatisfied by mass-market offerings. By providing the audio quality that most closely replicates what artists hear when they approve a master, along with the context and deep metadata that real aficionados require, Qobuz has introduced premium music streaming aimed at a segment of the market that has not yet gotten on board the streaming train. In this session, you wearn how Qobuz approaches streaming, why it still offers paid a la carte downloads, and how artists and labels get their music onto the platform.
