Music Biz 2027

More information will be added to this FAQ in the weeks & months ahead.
If you have a question for us that isn’t answered below, contact us at events@musicbiz.org and we’ll be happy to help!
Q: What does my Music Biz badge give me access to?
Your Music Biz badge grants you access to all programming and events on the official Music Biz 2027 agenda from Monday, May 17th through Thursday, May 20th. Food-and-beverage events — such as the Buffet Breakfast programs and the Bizzy Awards Dinner — have limited seats. Attendees will be admitted on a first-come, first-served basis, and doors for these events will open 15 minutes before their posted start time.
Q: Where do panels & programming at Music Biz take place?
All official Music Biz 2027 programming will take place on the Indigo and Aqua levels (second and third floors) of the Hilton San Diego Bayfront. For programming we will utilize the Indigo Ballroom CDGH and Rooms 202 and 204 on the second floor and 300 and 310 on the third floor. Click here to view or download a map of the Hilton Bayfront San Diego.
Q: When will the Music Biz 2027 educational program be available?
We will launch the 2027 Conference agenda in February 2027, and update the schedule to include speakers as sessions are confirmed & finalized.
Q: Is there a map of the Conference layout that I can access?
Click here to view or download a map of the Hilton Bayfront San Diego.
Q: Are there any areas to hang out, relax, or get some work done?
Our community lounge this year will be located on the Indigo Terrace, where you can not only meet and get work done, but also take in the gorgeous San Diego Bayfront views and enjoy the perfect southern CA weather. Our Partner Hub will be on the Aqua level (third floor), and will also feature soft seating and relaxation and health and wellness partners to meet and explore.
Q: I have a disability — how can I reach out for accommodations?
The Music Business Association strives to meet the needs of all who wish to attend our events. Please notify us directly at events@musicbiz.org if you require any accommodations.
Additionally, there will be a limited number of reserved seats at the front of each programming room for attendees with disabilities.
Q: I have a food allergy/dietary preference — how can I make sure I’m accommodated at the Buffet Breakfasts and/or Bizzy Awards Dinner?
When you register for Music Biz 2027, you will be asked about any dietary needs. Our team will use that information to make sure there is food available for you at any Music Biz hosted food & beverage events. If you need to change your dietary needs entry, please contact events@muscbiz.org.
Q: How can I access the attendee list? And what companies are attending?
Registered Music Biz 2027 attendees can view who is attending the Conference and network with them directly via the Music Biz Event app (launching in early 2027). The full list of companies set to attend Music Biz 2027 will also be published in April, and will be regularly updated in the lead-up to the event.
Please note: Music Biz does not and will never sell our attendee lists. Beware of scam emails claiming to offer access to the attendee list for any price.
Q: Where is the (a specific company’s) suite/meeting room?
We are not able to provide information on company meeting rooms. You will need to contact that specific group for more information.
Q: How do I join the Music Business Association to take advantage of the year-round slate of member benefits?
More details about the Music Business Association and how your company can join our membership can be found here. Any questions about membership can be directed to Sonya Askew at sonya.askew@musicbiz.org.
