At Music Biz 2026, Calm and Collected is creating a wellness lounge designed to reset; a quiet, restorative space where industry professionals can step away from the intensity of panels, meetings and networking to reconnect with themselves. Through guided sound baths, ambient & meditation-driven music, and simple mindfulness practices, the space highlights our belief that music is medicine and demonstrates how sound can support mental health, focus and balance. The activation also serves as a live expression of the Calm and Collected ecosystem, showcasing how our artists and music can function not just as entertainment, but as a tool for well-being in everyday life.

Our programming is designed to meet you where you are. A select number of sessions are one-hour experiences that require advance sign-up, while the rest of the space is fully open and flexible. Drop in for five minutes or stay for thirty, move at your own pace, and engage in whatever way feels right for you.
