2026 Leading Light Award Nomination Form

The Leading Light Award is presented to a company or executive that has supported their staff via internal initiatives aimed at improving mental health, wellbeing and work/life balance.

To nominate, please submit examples of initiatives created or supported by the candidate, and/or examples of other ways the candidate supported their staff in the past year. Written submissions are accepted but if candidate becomes a finalist, a video presentation will be required, so video submissions are encouraged.
