Music Biz Member Warner Music Names Pico Cibelli President of Warner Music Italy

Pico Cibelli has been appointed as the new President of Warner Music Italy. In his new role, he will report to Simon Robson, President, International, Recorded Music, Warner Music Group. With over a decade of A&R experience, Cibelli first began his career in the music industry working for dance and house label Dig It International in 1996. He later went on to work for Universal Music Italy in 2000 and Sony Music Italy in 2011. Throughout the course of his career, Cibelli has discovered and developed artists such as Ana Mena, Fedez, Marco Mengoni, and Rocco Hunt. 

“There is some really exciting talent in Italy now, which deserves to be heard on the global stage. Pico, has a proven track record of developing artists and maximising their potential,” said Robson. “I’m excited about what he can achieve, allied to our already strong Italian roster and our brilliant team in Milan, which he will lead with verve and style.”
