Music Biz Member Sony Music Publishing Promotes Michelèle Hamelink to Managing Director of Benelux

Sony Music Publishing has announced the appointment of Michèle Hamelink to the role of Managing Director of Benelux. In her new position, she will be responsible for overseeing and implementing creative strategy along with her dual role as Senior A&R, Europe, developing SMP’s international roster and expanding global opportunities. In 2012, Hamelink began her journey with SMP where she worked closely with songwriters and producers including Jonas “Jonasu” Kröper, 070 Shake, and Sam Feldt. As Managing Director, Hamelink will report to Guy Henderson, President, International. 

“Michèle is a special talent and brings her unique creative skills to the role of Managing Director,” stated Henderson. “Her promotion and rapid rise in our company is a testament to her hard work and ambition to lead from the front, taking our writers and staff with her.”
