Music Biz Member Sony Music Entertainment Promotes Jacob Fowler To EVP And CPO

Sony Music Entertainment has announced the promotion of Jacob Fowler to the roles of EVP and CPO, based in their New York office. Fowler will lead the company’s global product strategy, working closely with leadership from Sony Music’s Global Digital Business group and The Orchard to oversee a newly combined division of their product technology and engineering teams.

“The product and engineering teams at Sony Music Entertainment, including The Orchard, have built great applications with forward-looking mindsets,” said Fowler. “I’m excited to help bring together our collective capabilities and leverage the world class products we have built to continue to innovate at an enhanced scale that benefits the organization globally.
