Global payment software provider, Exactuals has announced the promotions of Bryan Walley to CEO, Mike Hurst to Chairman and Lindsay Conlin to SVP of Revenue.
Since joining the company in 2014, Walley has served as the company’s COO and President. In his new role as CEO, he will manage the daily aspects of the company in addition to overseeing PaymentHub, the global payment software platform, for the TV, music, and insurance industries.
Hurst, a co-founder of Exactuals, will devote some of his time as Chairman pursuing investment, advisory and entrepreneurial activities outside of Exactuals.
“Bryan is a prime example of this endeavor, and I am thrilled to name him as our new CEO,” said Hurst. “I look forward to continuing my work with Bryan as Chairman, and I am more than confident in his ability to build on Exactuals’ successful trajectory, leading with a clear mission to an even brighter future.”
Conlin joined Exactuals in 2018 as the Director of Business Development, where she helped finalize more than 100 significant deals in the music and literary publishing spaces. In her new role as SVP of Revenue, she will oversee the company’s sales and marketing operations, including its global payment platform, PaymentHub, and the SR1 music royalty software. Conlin will report directly to Walley.
“I am honored to have been given this opportunity to serve as SVP of Revenue and can’t thank the team enough for believing in me,” said Conlin. “I can’t wait to see what the future holds as we continue to modernize payments and data across the entertainment landscape, easing the process for payers and ensuring payees get what they are owed.”
