Music Biz Member Big Machine Enters Sub-Publishing Deal with peermusic Outside of the U.S.
Earlier this month, Big Machine Music (part of Big Machine Label Group) announced a new sub-publishing deal with peermusic, which will see the international publisher represent copyrights for Big Machine’s artists and catalog of more than 12,000 songs in territories outside of the U.S. This catalog includes the label’s many recent chart-topping tracks, such as “Better Together” (written and recorded by Luke Combs), Laura Veltz’s “The Bones” (recorded by Maren Morris), and Jessie Jo Dillon’s “10,000 Hours” (recorded by Dan + Shay and Justin Bieber).
“We see in peermusic a reflection of our own independent spirit and dedication to delivering personalized service to our songwriters,” said Big Machine Music General Manager Mike Molinar.
