Position Description:
Music Biz is seeking a mid-level graphic designer and video editor for a temporary, part-time role from December 2025 through May 2026. Hours will vary weekly with approximately 10 hours per week up to a maximum of 30 hours, minus two weeks in December when the office is closed for holiday break. The position is remote, but must perform required hours between 9 AM and 5 PM ET. 

The qualified individual will collaborate with the Creative Manager on promotional campaigns across print, web, and social platforms, supporting the communication and marketing of the Association’s member benefits as well as its in-person and virtual events. This role also requires that the individual perform minor edits to Association event recordings and post completed videos to proper channels. The individual must design within the guidelines of our established brand identity and possess a strong understanding of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and Microsoft Powerpoint. Must be familiar with Google Suite including Sheets, Docs, and Slides, as well as Dropbox for filesharing. The ideal candidate must be able to use these resources to effectively share workflows and communicate deadlines with a small but fast-paced team. Prior use of WordPress, email softwares like Constant Contact and photography platforms like Adobe Lightroom & Bridge are a plus.

Salary: $23.00 per hour
Schedule: Available Monday — Friday from 9 AM – 5 PM ET, December 2025 through May 2026
Education: Bachelor’s (Preferred)
Experience: Professional Graphic Design, 2 years (Preferred)
