Submission Form

Please complete the following information before submitting this form. Proposals will be rejected if:

1) all information on this form is not completed, or:
2) the information submitted does not adhere to the criteria outlined in the Call For Presentations.

An organizer may submit a maximum of three (3) proposals and cannot submit the same proposal more than once. Submissions must be received by 11:59 PM PST on December 3rd, 2025.

  • Information On Individual Submitting This Proposal

  • Company Information

  • Proposed Session Details

  • Should be concise (10 words or less) and descriptive of the program content. The more creative and intriguing the title, the higher the probability of getting registrants to read further.
  • The description will be used in the submission evaluation process and should include main points, objectives and goals of the proposed program. This description provides the basis upon which attendees select the sessions that they will attend. Explain what the audience will learn from the presentation/panel, and how they may be able to implement that in their businesses.
  • Please list first and last name as well as the individual's company affiliation.
  • List, in addition to the moderator, individuals who you propose, or who you have confirmed are interested and available, to be part of the presentation. Please remember that panelists should present all sides of an issue and be diverse in gender, ethnicity, age, geographic location, areas of expertise, and ideologies. If balance and diversity are not achieved, the Association reserves the right to suggest and/or add participants to a discussion to ensure that Music Biz standards are met.

  • Supporting Materials

  • Link any articles that you feel are relevant to the topic you are proposing or showcases one of the proposed participants. Links are not required but will be presented to the submission review committee, as well as used as possible promotional materials if the submission is chosen for inclusion on the Music Biz 2026 agenda.
