The Music Business Association empowers our global music community to promote an industry-wide culture that is inclusive and respectful of EVERYONE we work with, collaborate on achieving collective commercial growth, and resolve common issues. With a membership representing more than 90 percent of the music business at large, we work tirelessly to support the specific needs of industry professionals, the companies they work for, and the music business as a whole.

Committees
Music Biz forms action committees as needed to prepare industry professionals for the latest changes in the ever-evolving music business, as well as to address major issues causing roadblocks to growth and progress.
Music Biz Mental Health Fund
Established in partnership with the Scars Foundation and Music Health Alliance, the Music Biz Mental Health Fund helps provide Association members impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic with access to mental health services including counseling, therapy and screenings.
Scholarship Foundation
Since 1966, our Scholarship Foundation has provided financial assistance to our members in an effort to defray the ever-rising costs of college education. Thanks to the continued support of our industry donors, the Foundation has given more than $9 million to both members of our community and the deserving future leaders of our industry.
Academic Partnership Program
Through Music Biz’s Academic Partnership program, students from partner colleges and universities can access a slate of special benefits to guide them on their path to becoming our industry’s future leaders.
