Applications for the Music Biz Class of 2019 are now closed.

• 2019 Scholarship Application
• 2019 Statement of Eligibility
• 2019 Recommendation Form: Must be completed by a school official and mailed or emailed. If the applicant is already attending college, either the Recommendation Form or recommendation letter by a school official or an employer recommendation letter will be considered.
• Financial Information
• High school and college transcripts: For current college freshmen, high school transcripts should also be included.
