Music Biz Member Warner Chappell Music Opens New Vietnam Office

Building upon the 2020 opening of Warner Music Vietnam, Warner Chappell has announced it will expand its Asian operations with the opening of a Vietnam office located in Ho Chi Minh City. This marks the second Asia-based location for the publisher, who established a Shanghai office in 2020.

In addition, the publisher has appointed marketing executive Vince Kobler as its General Manager, Vietnam; he will report to Warner Chappell Music’s Head of ASEAN, Jacqueline Chong.

“I am very excited by the opportunity to steer Warner Chappell Music’s efforts in Vietnam,” offered Kobler. “This is a historic moment for the local music industry which is just getting started here. Our expertise and reach will help propel Vietnamese artists, composers and songwriters to new heights and empower more of them to turn their passion into a profession.”
