Short-form video streaming platform, TikTok has struck a global partnership with digital music distribution service, DistroKid to upload music it distributes for use across TikTok Music, CapCut and TikTok’s Commercial Music Library. The deal will enable new opportunities for independent artists to promote their music, build an audience, generate revenue and make their music accessible to the platform’s millions of creators & consumers.
