Music Biz Member Songtradr Acquires B2B Music Company, 7digital

B2B music licensing company, Songtradr has offered £19.4 million to acquire UK B2B digital music company, 7digital. The acquisition has been agreed on by 7digital’s board, and is now set for shareholder approval.
