Music Biz Member Primary Wave Appoints Robin Godfrey-Cass To Oversee Catalog Acquisitions 

Primary Wave has recruited veteran British music executive, Robin Godfrey-Cass to focus on catalog acquisitions of “iconic and legendary songwriters” for the company. Prior to his new role, he served as the youngest ever appointed Managing Director at Warner Chappell Music, where he was later promoted to SVP (Europe) in 1990. During his time at WCM, Godfrey-Cass signed artists including Eric Clapton, Michael Bolton, Howard Jones, Whitesnake, Bush and Radiohead. Godfrey-Cass’ expertise led him to found Crosstown Songs, Crosstown Nashville, and Perfect Storm. After 18 years in the US, he returned to the UK where he became MD of Round Hill Music US.
