Q: What does my Music Biz badge give me access to?
Your Music Biz badge grants you access to all programming and events on the official Music Biz 2024 agenda from May 13th through May 16th. Food-and-beverage events, such as the Music Biz Brunch, the Bizzy Awards Dinner and the Bizzys After Party, have limited seats. Attendees will be admitted on a first-come, first-serve basis, and doors for these events will open 15 minutes before their posted start time.
Music Biz 2024 badges will be available for pick up in-person to the left of the hotel’s main entrance on the first floor starting Sunday, May 12th at 2 PM CT.
Q: Where do panels & programming at Music Biz take place?
All official Music Biz 2024 programming will take place on the second-floor conference space at the JW Marriott Nashville, specifically the Griffin Ballroom, Symphony Ballroom and Harpeth Meeting Room. Be sure to utilize the Map feature in the Music Biz Events app to help navigate on-site at the hotel.
Q: How do I access the 2024 Conference schedule?
The public version of the schedule can be accessed at all times at musicbiz2024.com.
Upon registering for Music Biz 2024, you can access the full Conference schedule by logging into the Music Biz Events app. This will also allow you to build a personal schedule of panels you’d like to attend and receive updates in the event of any schedule updates.

Registered Music Biz 2024 attendees can view who is attending the Conference and network with them directly via the Attendees feature on the Music Biz Events app — watch our how-to video to learn more about this feature.

Q: Where is the (a specific company’s) suite/meeting room?
We are not able to give out that information for company rooms. You will need to contact that specific group for more information.
Q: Are there any areas to hang out, relax, or get some work done?
The Lounge outside the Symphony Ballroom, The Music Industry Lives Here (Griffin FGH) sponsored by Downtown and Keychange US, and hotel lobby bar sponsored by LyricFind are great places to do so. Hotel guests can also take advantage of the pool deck.
Q: Where can I grab breakfast/lunch at the hotel?
Coffee, pastries, and grab & go meals are available for purchase on the ground floor of the hotel at Stompin Grounds Market. Table service meals are available at Stompin Grounds Restaurant.
Q: I plan on attending the Music Biz Brunch Program and/or The Bizzy Awards Dinner and have a dietary allergy/restriction — how can I communicate that with your team?

Q: Will any sessions be recorded?
All sessions on the Music Biz 2024 agenda marked with a red “REC” designation will be recorded. Panel recordings will be available for replay directly in the Agenda feature via the Music Biz Events app for one (1) year after the event concludes.
REPLAY REGISTRANTS: those who purchase Replay Registration tickets will be able to access recordings for all sessions on our 2024 agenda marked with the red “REC” designation directly in the Music Biz Events app.
