Startup Round Robins

Calling all startups to come meet with labels, investors, advisors, advanced stage startups, and more. These 12-minute meetings are your chance to pitch your startup to a potential investor, meet founders doing similar things, discuss challenges you are facing, and so much more. Please complete the form linked below and choose your top 3 meetings. Meeting slots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. We will work to schedule at least 2 meetings for everyone who submits. You will receive your meeting schedule before the event so that you can come prepared for the person on the other side of the table.

Women’s Leadership Roundtables

We are thrilled to bring together a list of powerful women to share their stories and lead small group conversations that are meant to inspire each of us to better show up for each other and ourselves. MusiCares Will Be In Our Music Biz 2025 Partner Hub Offering FREE Custom Ear Molds & Private Mental Health Sessions
Monday, May 12th – Thursday, May 15th
MusiCares helps the humans behind the music because music gives so much to the world. For over 30 years, MusiCares has been the leading philanthropic partner to the music community, having provided more than $118 million in assistance and 305,000 services. MusiCares provides customized care, including financial assistance and referrals, preventive health care services and education programming for music professionals navigating financial, medical, mental health, substance use and disaster relief needs. While at Music Biz, please stop by the Partner Hub to learn more about MusiCares, receive free custom ear molds and take some time for your mental health. Our Health and Human Services team will be onsite to share more about MusiCares services and how your or those you know may access support. Our partners from 1 of 1 Custom will be providing free custom ear plugs, an important part of hearing health for anyone working in music. This simple process takes about 15 minutes and your custom plugs will be shipped to you 3-4 weeks later. And, before the business of tour season starts, take a moment to care for your mental health. MusiCares will have licensed mental health professionals on site to conduct mental health assessments and talk with you about any issues on your mind. These private, 1-1 sessions are approximately 30 minutes and an opportunity to check in on your mental health or jumpstart a therapy practice. Individuals interested in continuing therapy may be eligible for financial assistance from MusiCares.
