Community

Music Biz has cultivated a vast community — representing over 90 percent of the music business at large.

The strength of any member association is derived from how robust its member community is. Because Music Biz represents over 90 percent of the music business at large, the collaborative efforts of our members have allowed us to foster a community where industry-wide growth is promoted and the needs of each industry subset are addressed. By connecting representatives from the commerce, content and creative segments, Music Biz can offer premium-tier resources that inform future growth in the industry and facilitate business-defining conversations between power players who might not otherwise meet.

Music Biz’s community includes representatives from: brick & mortar and online music retailers, streaming services, wholesalers, major and independent labels and distributors, internet radio services, aggregators, mobile service and hardware providers, data providers, information technology companies, startups, artists, songwriters, publishers, managers and management companies, educators, students, accounting and law firms, and more.
