Once you enter all relevant information and submit the form, a Quickbooks invoice will be emailed to you within 2 business days. If you have questions regarding the form, please contact Sonya Askew at sonya.askew@musicbiz.org. All memberships are active for one (1) year from when your membership dues are received, and memberships are non-refundable.
