The Frontline Innovator Award is given to a retail store who has shown exceptional inventiveness and ingenuity in their practices during the past year in their interactions with consumers.
To apply, please submit specific examples of these practices. Written submissions are accepted but if candidate becomes a finalist, a video presentation will be required so video submissions are encouraged.
