Q: What does my badge give me access to?
Music Biz 2023 badges give attendees access to all programmed events Monday, May 15th through Thursday, May 18th. While some events may require further sign-up or RSVP, most events are open to all badge holders. The official schedule can be accessed by registered Music Biz 2023 attendees directly through the Webex App, linked here.
Q: How do I access the schedule/agenda? How can I access the attendee list?
Attendees will need to login to Webex, linked here, with the email they used for registration in order to view their schedule and see the full attendee list. For troubleshooting, please see Jessicca Gracia or Alayna Watson at the registration desk.

Q: Where is the Music Biz programming taking place?
All official Music Biz 2023 programming will take place on the second-floor conference space at the JW Marriott Nashville, specifically, the Griffin Ballroom, Symphony Ballroom, Belle Meade Meeting Room, and the Harpeth Meeting Room.
Q: Where is the (a specific company’s) suite/meeting room?
We are not able to give out that information for company rooms. You will need to contact that specific group for more information.
Q: What events does my Music Biz badge allow me entrance to?
A Music Biz badge grants you access to all programming sessions held at the JW Marriott Nashville. The Music Biz Brunch, Vevo Cocktail Party, WMG Pre-Awards Cocktail Party, and the Bizzy Awards Dinner require an RSVP — once those who RSVPed have filled the room, additional attendees will be let into these events until we reach capacity. Your badge also allows you access to scheduled off-site events taking place after 7 PM CT. These off-site partner events are listed on the schedule and may require an RSVP as well.
Q: Can I go to any off-site partner/sponsor events?
Off-site partner/sponsor event details can be found on the official agenda. Some groups will allow anyone with a badge to enter and others require an RSVP.
Q: Are there any areas to hang out, relax, or get some work done?
The Lounge outside the Symphony Ballroom, Community Hub (Griffin E) sponsored by Downtown, and hotel lobby bar sponsored by beatBread are great places to do so.
Q: How can I address accessibility concerns and special accommodations?
Anyone with accessibility needs should visit the registration desk, where the Music Biz team will be on-hand to make special accommodations so your Conference experience is seamless.
Q: Will any sessions be recorded?
All sessions on the Webex agenda marked with a black “REC” designation will be recorded. Recordings will be available for replay directly in the Agenda feature on Webex.
Q: Where can I grab breakfast/lunch?
Coffee, pastries, and grab & go meals are available for purchase on the ground floor of the hotel at Stompin Grounds Market. Table service meals are available at Stompin Grounds Restaurant.
Additionally, Postmates will be treating you to a free meal! You’ll be able to grab anything your heart desires by applying MusicBiz23 at checkout for $25 off, with no minimum order size. This code will be available throughout the duration of the conference for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Q: How can I connect to the wifi?
This network will only work on the second-floor conference space. This wifi will not work in guest rooms or the hotel lobby.
Q: What if I forgot to RSVP for the Music Biz Brunch or the Bizzy Awards Dinner?
If you did not RSVP there will be a standby queue at both of these events. After guests who RSVP’d are seated we will fill all remaining seats with attendees from the standby queue.
