Music Biz 2022 COVID-19 Policy

Policy Current As Of: 4/26/22

Everyone in attendance at Music Biz 2022 must be able to provide documentation of full COVID-19 vaccination or a negative COVID test result, to be completed no more than 48 hours prior to collecting your badge at registration. Accepted tests include rapid antigen tests and PCR tests that have been completed by a medical provider; self tests or at-home tests will not be accepted.

Music Biz will use the Bindle app in order to accurately and safely collect vaccination & testing information. All attendees will be required to complete the Bindle verification process in order to receive their badge.

Additional Safety Procedures:

  • Masks will not be required in indoor Music Biz event spaces at the JW Marriott.
  • Social distancing in attendee seating areas will be in place where possible.
  • Badges will only be given to attendees who have been given clearance by the Bindle app. Badges must accompany attendees at all times. Security will be present at entry points into Music Biz meeting space to check badges.
  • Hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout all areas.
  • Livestreams and recordings of larger main stage sessions will be available to all attendees.
  • It is strongly encouraged that all attendees exercise personal responsibility by monitoring their health daily. If you begin to experience any symptoms of illness, please refrain from attending the in-person event.

The above measures have been put in place in order to provide a safe and comfortable environment for all Music Biz 2022 attendees, staff, speakers, sponsors and volunteers. Music Biz reserves the right to update these measures based on changing pandemic conditions and local & national guidelines as the event approaches.
